Spin Classes

JJFitness Spin Class Image At big box gyms, spin classes can be some of the most disorienting, painfully difficult, and discouraging experiences possible. But everything is different at JJFitness. We ramp up from the beginning, starting with the fundamentals of being on a spinning cycle and assessing your heart rate zones.

After you get used to being in the saddle, your workouts will progress from Introductory to Intermediate to Advanced. Unless you are very fit, there will be none of those agony sessions that are too painful to be beneficial.

All instructors at JJFitness are certified Spin intructors AND practice JJ's Way of mindful training. Our Spin Cycles are Elite models and feature RPM counter/Heart Rate Monitors. Come Spin with JJFitness!

Yoga/Pilates

Yoga Studio JJFitness offers and encourages pilates and yoga in a dedicated studio in a beautiful setting.

Classes are small in size and are taught by the best instructors.

Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced participants are welcome.
